a diner from Chicago, Illinois
First off there is nothing on the menu for less than $29, and that is an appetizer
Dress is casual. Service isn't very good. We got a drink at the bar, finished it, then waited 20 minutes to get a second drink,as the bartender was not even behind the bar. any more. The dishwasher took our order, and then found the bartender, who had to ask twice what we were having(a Bud light & Scotch & water, not that hard to remember) Once seated at a table(short wait for this) we then waited 15 minutes before a waiter appeared to even pour water, and give us a menu The food was good, NOT GREAT. Total bill with food and 3 rounds of drinks was over $200.00. I have no problem paying that much (or more) for dinner for two. but think the service was SLOW, and the food was not out of this world. The portions were very large though. The place is also very noisy, as the acoustics are nonexistent.View was nice, if you like looking at a bridge at night. The lighting, which was supposed to be "Romantic?" made it hard to see anything at all. It was also hard to find, with no sign out front, or even address on the building.
