as you walk into the restaurant, you will see age-old orchids, lovely water garden, congenial and welcoming greetings from the owners or their host/hostesses. comfortable seating, lighting low. food extremely fresh, if not too busy, they have done done some things to customize their dishes. busy at lunch time with poiliticians during the legislative sessions - lots of citizen lobbying opportunities! all in all a very enjoyable place to sit and relax, as well as have a wonderful meal.
