We have often dined at this location. Last Saturday night we arrived and were given a 15 minute wait. Resturant was not full, staff short. While waiting several couples were seated, a group of 8 prom night kids were seated and we were the last one seated. Still less than 30 minutes. However, after 10 minutes we approached the hostess. Our table was the only one being ignored. 4 minutes later, a waitress shows up. Very nice and pleasant. She was still driving to work when we were seated. The full table of 8 prom night kids were thru and gone before we got our food. 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our meal. When we ordered coffee, we were told only one coffee machine worked and they chose to make decafe. We suggested they cross the street to Kmart and buy another one for $30 and serve coffee. The time of day was 5:30 PM on a Saturday. We gave the girl a 20% tip but this resturant lost a long time customer and offended two important local residents.
Since it was a poor management situation (we never saw one) we chose this page to let others know this resturant has no longer a good organization structure and should be avoided until they correct their attitude. The one in Charlotte has improved their attitude and can be highly recommended.
