Since opening in 2003, Limestone Restaurant has showcased the talents of chef/owner Jim Gerhardt, widely acclaimed for garnering an AAA Five Diamond Award for The Oakroom at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel.

Gerhardt creates ever-evolving menus lauded for his innovation and deft orchestration of flavors and celebrated for his imaginative use of Kentucky products.
