We would like you to know that we care deeply about our community and source our products as locally as possible to support our thriving economy. We raise all of our beef and quail on our own farm. The LAB is an almost zero waste restaurant.

Brewer Ben Pierson has created a stellar line up of unfiltered, naturally carbonated, additive free beers in our in-house brewery.

Our menu offerings are inspired, but affordable, and in a style best described as comfort food, redefined.
