The food is ok and they have decent steaks. So if your looking to just eat it’s not quite worth the trek. But if you’re looking for a good place to have a few drinks or see a live country band, and do a little dancing. This is a perfect spot. They have friendly bar staff, and reasonable drink prices.

My husband and I ate at The Lariat..The experince was a nice change. It is nice to have that sort of place in Catalina..and also the patio is a nice feature..I feel they are making some nice changes to the Lariat, as the area grows also..Change is good!!Jay and Jerry Woehlck

I'm sad to say that we were regulars/locals until the new ownership took over. The new owners have made it known that they want to change the clientele and do not want to cater to the locals. They want more of the Stone Canyon clientele. Good Luck - your regulars and your local community is what support their local businesses. The parking lot at the Lariat has shown it in the last two weeks. Their friendly staff has left to nearby pubs due to loss of tips. The service has decreased tremendously they have changed the menu to fit a high end resort and have raised the prices. Stone Canyon residence won't pay the prices at the gas pumps to drive to pay the prices or have the dissatisfying service.
