I know the owner and they do charge a delivery fee in addition to the cost of the food plus tax. I find your experience very hard to believe. I have always received a phone call from the owner if there is something wrong with pricing whether it's over charged or under charged. I believe that they operate the store without a computer, but that will change soon according to the store employees.

Pizza is very tasty and usually always good. We always get delivery and it is pretty fast. My only complaint is they rip me off when I have delivery; they overcharge me everytime and act stupid when I ask them about the price being too much.
