We picked Louisville because its diversity and steady growth in the culinary environment, bringing our Mediterranean Cuisine culture from countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Greek, and Turkey basically. Besides the delight of the food, we make you enjoy the artistic fusion of flamenco and belly dancing as the highest expression of culture in the north and south of the Mediterranean. The major part of the crew in our Restaurant came from Barcelona, Spain with the spice and taste that the customer deserves.
