About Kone
Kone is a new concept of sushi restaurant. To better describe this concept there's three main words, exquisite, modern and share. It's an all-new way to pursue Japanese food. We have a strong Brazilian fusion on our recipes. Why is that? Well, the biggest colony of Japanese in the world is Brazil. That tropical spirit mixed with the life changing experience of that community in a whole new environment, the American continent, have created a new complete exquisite experience, modern and innovate. And that's what we want to share. Welcome! Just for a glance, this what you'll find at Kone. Our specialty is rolls, but not typical rolls, they are made in the shape of cones. That's called Temaki, by the Japanese, Te (hand) maki (roll). Made by hand and eaten by hand, it became the most popular Japanese dish in Brazil. That's why we offer more than 30 different recipes and we are sure you'll love them. Ok, we don't want to tell all the surprises and our concept all in here, so we definitely encourage you to try it yourself this whole new experience.
