Liverpool Restaurant Guide

we have just moved in the area and were told that kirbys had great steak and shrimp specials and great prime rib. our start of the evening was ordering our drinks 2 waters and a coke which the coke was diet and never recived our correct drink until after our salads were done. the side of bread was very fresh and tasty. my husband and daughter ordered the steak and shrimp. the shrimp was great but they had both recieved differnt steaks. hers was thick and tasty and his was very thin and skimpy without the tasty season. i had ordered the prime rib rare and "mooing" with aspearagus. the prime rib was awful grey and chewy like paper. the veggies was cooked perfect. 20min into our dinner the waitress noticed my rib at the end of the table and had offerd another cut but i had already taken portions of my daughters steak and shrimp. the waitress had taken the rib off the dinner tab which was appriciated but would have been nice to of been approched by the manager so apparently he was not notified of our dinner. this was our first and last visit and will have to scope other restaurants in the area. felt sorry for the waitress due to the dinner was not her fault but she should have handled it differntly instead of making small talk during our dinner.

We dined at the liverpool Kirbys friday,June 29th. We dine there often but as of the 29th it most likely won't be our favorite place anymore!!!
The plates had no garnish, my baked potato was old. Most likely from the night before. We got 6 very small shrimp with our steak and shrimp dinner. The prices keep going up and also the portions are getting much smaller.
