When properly done, Cantonese is the most exquis-ite cuisine. With most restaurants, prices are too low to offer Cantonese food at its best. This is not a problem here. I've never had such good Chinese food. No other restaurant has even come close.
What great service! There is a captain for every two or three tables and a waiter for each table. I suspect that if you permitted it, the waiters would place the food on a fork and put it in your mouth.
