Our menu is created by Certified BBQ Master Chef Robert Van Houten. Serving as our executive chef, Rob has created his own unique blend of hickory, apple, and cherry wood that we use to slow smoke all of our meat daily. Everything is made fresh including our own Signature BBQ sauces and dry rubs. So please, sit back, kick up your feet and ENJOY!!!
