We have gone several times to this restaurant and we always wonder WHY we do. The pepper crusted steak is so crusted that you barely can taste the steak under all the pepper. Not to mention that it was poorly cooked and tough. The service was awful.
We occasionally go for dessert later in the evening and the waitresses are always very annoyed because they won't receive a large tip. What they don't know is that we are waiting for one of those 17 year old girls to actually be a good server because we will tip more than our desserts combined.. and then some. Good service can make bad food taste better. A good server will be attentive no matter what you are ordering.

I have lived in Los Angeles, New York and Washington D.C. and have dined at the best restaurants these cities have to offer. In my opinion, the food at Ken Stewarts ranks with the elite restaurants in any of these.

Blows away the likes of Hyde Park and Ruth's Chris in Cleveland because of size of selection. The specials menu itself was extraordinary in length and content. If you want the quality of a Johnny's Downtown (Cleveland) without the pretentiousness, choose Ken Stewarts
