Noisy Oyster Pub

This restaurant is dirty and has mediocre food. It's basically a bar that serves food. The foyer had some plants with dirt on the floor and spiderwebs around them. The bar was sticky and the swinging doors leading to the kitchen had dust and stains on them. The freezer for beer mugs had mildew in the seals. Nothing appeared to have been recently cleaned in this restaurant. We had some clams that were okay. We had a certificate that stated we had to spend $20 to get a discount of $10, so we wanted to order $20 worth of appetizers. The bartender said we had to each order entrees or could not use the certificate. Will not return.
