This restaurant was the terrible. The rest rooms were filthy and the eating area wasn't much better. I was there on June 23 2013 at about 7:00 pm.

Was VERY disappointed in the service we received in your Kingman restaurant. Our order was completely wrong and it took forever to correct. AND we were over charged! I will never go back!!

Worst experience EVER! Went to your Kingman restaurant,Our waitress was new and that was fine except she got our order completely incorrect. She brought me a Green Chili PORK burrito. (I ordered the Green chili OMLETTE, as I am ALLERGIC to pork!)She was supposed to correct the prices on her mistakes and didn't. When I complained to the manager she was rude and defensive. She also did not charge us the correct price. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

My wife and I dined at the JB's in Havre MT on Friday, August 17, 2012. We ordered Pork Chops and asked to split the dinner because we knew from experience it was more than either of us could eat. Upon arriving we heard the waitress and the cook talking continually about the big fight that happened in the restaurant the night before. This was enough to make us leave but we knew JB's quality and decided to stay. When the salad arrived it was smothered in dressing. When the meal arrived there was only one porkchop and it was not done. The baked poatoe was left over from the night before. We sent the pork chop back and told the waitress to make sure both of us got one. We also sent back the baked potatotes and opted for mashed instead. We got them early so as it was we ate dinner one entree at a time. Finally the main course (pork chops) arrived and we tried to eat it but it was smothered in so much gravy eating it was difficult. During this time the waitress and cook continued to talk about the big fight and my wife and I were uncomfortable so we left the pork chop and decided to leave the restaurant. The tip was nonexistent as you can imagine.
I rate JB's in general on a higher scale than the one in Havre MT. They get a zero.

I am very sadden about the jbs closier in West Valley, Utah. Were were like family there they gave us no notice and I was not givin the privilage to say good by to all my friends there. I have been going there over 10 years. They helped me with the death of my husband and gave me great friendship. That is the only place I could go all by my self and never ever felt alone!! I KNOW I will nerver find another place to fell ther void in my life. Yes I do go to the other one down town because I work down there but it truly is not the same. My heart has been broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
