For years my family has loved Riazzi's for their manicotti (HANDMADE crepes!) and extremely personalized service by a waitstaff that knew what they were doing and had some longevity at the restaurant. Visited here again in January 2014 and I can't quite figure out the difference. No wait! I can! The service was horrible - host kept us and two others waiting for seats while on the phone for ten minutes; Jason, our waiter, did not have a clue what he was doing and disappeared for twenty minutes at a time (several times) to a place where the poor busgirl (only one doing her job!!) couldn't even find him. The food was the same (great manicotti & desserts) although it cost more (bow to economic necessity, I get that) but the place has just changed. Non-service service seems to be a sign of the times -or- SERVICE HORRIBLE. It's just wrong. Will order take-out only from now on.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new so we went here. First of all we were not greeted as we walked in and the hostess was very impolite she made it seem as if we were a bother to her. We waited 45 minutes to be seated after being told it would take 20. When we got seated our server greeted us after about 5 minutes and put our drink order in. 10 minutes later we had them. Half an hour went by before we saw our server again. It took at least another 45 minutes for our food to come out. The entire time we were there we had no refills on our drink and our server NEVER checked on us. I was quite angry by the time we got our food and the manager could see that we were unhappy but hurried by so he wouldn't have to bother with resolving any issue. We got our food boxed up before eating any of it as we had been there a good 2 hours. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I know I will never go back. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

The food is really delicious, try the tortellini with the pesto cream sauce! Moderately priced with a decent wine selection and a full bar. The inside is not the nicest, it reminds me of a chain of coco's but for dinner and dimmer lighting. Outsiode is really pretty though with trees and lots of nice lighting.

The dining room was filled to capacity on New Year's Eve, 2004, but this did not deter from the great service or the attention to the fabulous food. The Vitella Piccata was absolutely delightful as was the Stuffed Shell

Food is fair. Try the soup and salad special for lunch. The pasta faziole is good as are the bread sticks. They don't take reservations, and sometimes it can be a long wait to get in.
