Chrisy's is a friendly, charming restaurant with very good food and spectacular service. I love eating here because all of the employees make me feel as though I'm eating at Grandma's. The food is not only delicious, but also reasonably priced. I enjoy myself every time I come here and will continue to visit whenever I am in the area.

I'm visiting a relative in Ventura, CA, and have eaten at Christy's 5 times so far, so obviously I'm a fan. Lot's of locals seem to agree. This is a family owned and operated restaurant and all were eager to please. If it's not on the menu, just tell them what you want and how you want it. No problem.
During breakfast, check out the locally-baked raisin bread, a real treat. If you enjoy spicy, try the salsa on your eggs. A few onions cooked with my potatoes, no problem.
For lunch, I've zeroed in on their deli-style sandwiches. The Reuben was well above average. I'm not a big salad eater, so I requested sliced tomatoes and avacado instead. No problem.
Not the Ritz, but not a bland chain either. Good food and friendly, above average service. After you're done, take a walk around the harbor and enjoy some wonderful views.
We are done with this place! The last time the spring rolls were rancid. This time the food was just plain bad and the atmosphere was hot and overwhelming with sesame oil and incense. We asked for crispy noodles and were told it would be $1.75. Sam

I had the greatest time at Christy's Deli, the people that work there are the best. It's just a happy place to go. The food is awesome.
I found Christy's Deli on the net. We were planning a trip to So. California and going to the Harbor. I found their web site and thought it was warm and friendly also the menu was reasonably priced. When we visited the restaurant it was exactly as it was portrayed on the Web. The people were friendly, the food was great and it didn't price us out of a vacation as some restuarants can. Loved the Breakfast Burrito and the light house collection. Nice patio dining. They even had live music.
