Didn't go to Mo's since we had a party of 14 (4 families). Slow service, bad food and what made it a really pi*s poor experience was the bus-girl with no manners.
1. The waitress forgot to ask the kids for their drink order, rudely responds "WELL, WHAT DO THEY WANT????". hmmmmm
2. My bro-in law asks for a refill for his soda and instead of walking around the table get his glass she rudely says "Well, HAND ME YOUR CUP!!!!"
3. The waitress forgot to take an order for one of the children, her response; "WELL, I'M NOT YOUR SERVER."
4. We were seated at a long table and the only ketchup/malt vinegar was at the end of the table, so I asked for another set and she looked at me like I was it was a monumental imposition.
Not only was the service slow and poor, the salads were wilted/old and the fish batter and fries were overly coated with cracked pepper. When I told the manager if he would feed this to his young children, he said "what do you want me to do?????".
