Unbeknown to most, Hill's was the first to develop Lexington-style barbecue. And, Hill's is still the best. It is my favorite barbecue of all. Do not pass go, or collect two hundred dollars. Go straight to Hill's. Why pay for a copy when you can have the original? The sweet tea is as good as you'll find. The slaw is as good as the barbecue. The hush puppies are the absolute best anywhere. Even the baked beans are special. And, the mac and cheese is legendary. I'm not one for banana pudding. But, folks will drive out of their way to get it here. You won't be sorry.
