Sue and Sam run a great place. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have yet to have a bad experience there. Sue is very careful to provide you with the best you can get. Each meal is made when you order it. The vegetables are always fresh and cooked properly.
The owner, Sam Chang, is one of the foremost soybean researchers in the US. This expertise is reflected in the great taste and consistency of any meals containing tofu. The egg rolls are my favorite in Fargo. The site itself is VERY plain and small. It lends itself mostly to take-out, but you find any other Chinese take-out as good as this.
