Giant of Siam is a wonderful restaurant. The food is excellent. Very taste, always fresh and not loaded with high fat junk food. You always feel like your eating health but not sacrificing taste. It is a epicurean delight. All this a a very affordable price. We usual get food to go at least once or twice a week.

We remembered Giant of Siam as having EXCELLENT food 'though we hadn't been there in several years. Last night, we decided to treat ourselves to some good food at a good value and, so, drove up to Giant in Nashua. We were a little put off by the sour puss on the woman's face behind the desk and her equally sour attitude. She obviously wasn't happy. And we found out why she might be unhappy when we took our first bites. We had a chicken with mango and cashew dish the sauce of which tasted like crappy duck sauce with something hot added to spice it up. Awful! Our second dish was even worse: eggplant and basil with tofu. Bleecccchhh! We paid our bill, left quickly and chuckled as to why there were so many people dining there where there are far better options in downtown Nashua. We won't go back to Giant of Siam. Ever. Crossing it off our list.

Normally I would not give this food a 4 star rating (don't get me wrong, it was fantastic, but I don't give 4 stars lightly); however, considering the cost, I have made an exception. The amount of good food that they deliver for $5 or $6 at this place is staggering. I have just moved here from the seacoast region, and am used to paying 20-25% more for my Thai food; I was floored. A note of warning: at this place, hot means HOT. Perhaps it's more authentic, either way, it is spicier (on their spice scale) than most any other Thai I have eaten. If you like medium spice, order mild, etc. Overall, for someone on a budget, who enjoys fresh vegetables, high-quality meat, and light sauces, Giant is a winner.

We have been going to the Giant of Siam ever since they opened. It is probably our most favorite restaurant in Nashua. The food is great and the staff are very sweet. The outside of the restaurant does not do the food and the atmosphere justice. I wish more people would stop in and try it. Their lunches are an especially good value.

Giant of Siam may appear small and unassuming, but the quality of the food is superb and the staff is always polite and friendly. Among personal favorites are the Larb, Chicken Satay, and some of the curry dishes. Items can be ordered at varying degrees of spiciness for those with different tolerances. Thai food always seems to be a little on the expensive side, but the quality of the food at this little place is worth it.

We just take the food to go. The food was amazing and the price was very decent. The location and the appearance of the restaurant does not potrait the good impression but the food is suprisingly delicious. We have tried couple of entries and appetizers so far and can't wait to try al of them on the menu.

The food is suprisingly wonderful. People expect Thai food to be the same as Chinese, but Giant of Siam can prove that theory wrong. I plan to eat there more often to try other things on the menu.
