There are only 2 items on our menu that come to us frozen (see if you can guess what 2 - maybe we will have a contest) - Our Burgers are hand packed, Steaks cut fresh, Mozzarella sticks, Fish and Chicken are breaded in our kitchen and we smoke our own specialties!.
