Dear Sir:
On jan 07 2009, I was staying at a nearby furr's and decided to treat myself to a good dinner at your restaurant.
My visit did not turn out well. I arrived at
5:300pm my waiter ( heather ) was busy clearing other tables , using the phone talking about others and taking dessert in the large tables. while I waited to atention. Perhaps your staff needs some training in dealing with solo diners .The greeter left in such a hurry, I had no time to request a move. Also, whatever happened to the refill drink order ? In all cases, when dining alone, I over-tip the server since the cost of the meal is less than two or more dinners to show my appreciation for the service. In this case, it appeared the server just didn’t have time for a single diner.
Believe me, on several occasions I have had a heater or others waiters stop to take my order before a large party, explaining how it will reduce my wait. I hope this information will be useful in future treatment of solo diners.
before I leave i talk to another peolple and they said.
I was seated at a good table & treated w/respect & courtesy. I tipped 30% on my order my waiter stella was very nice.
I hope in my next visit stella is in the schedule.

I LOVE THIS FURRS THEY HAVE FEAST FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND I AM PICKING MINE UP AT 4PM WEDNESDAY ALL I NEED TO DO IS GET THE LITTLE EXTRAS. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO GREAT!
