I love Italian food, especially really good Italian; and there are some very good Italian restaurants in the Phoenix and East Valley areas. I've been to Buca di Beppo on a couple of different occasions, at different locations. I tried the Lasagna once and another pasta dish another time. Both times was not impressed, especially with their marinara sauce. A friend had a Salmon dish which looked pretty good, they said it was pretty good, but a bit over cooked. I have some friends that really like Buca di Beppo (which is why we went there), but for me 2 times was more than enough, and for most of the people I was with on my last visit, their consensus was the same as mine ....except of course, my friends that like Buca – O well, to each their own :)
