They ran out of prime rib
I was visiting a friend in Southern Indiana who is familiar with this restaurant. Before my arrival she bragged on the prime ribs so much that I decided to try them. I was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Idaho, so I thought I would have some ribs to compare with theirs. They were as good as I have ever eaten!! I WILL be back.
