Ferraro's is kind of a fun setting if you like tacky, kitschy decor and the bread is good if it's warm, but everything else about it is spotty and inconsistent. I've been here when the food and service were good, which was why I kept going back. But over the past year or so, it's gone steadily downhill. Now, the food is mostly flavorless and the service is downright rude and surly. Skip it and go to one of the many fine Italian restaurants along nearby 2nd Street. For the price, this place is a rip-off. And don't even THINK of ordering take-out unless you want to get home and find out they gave you the wrong thing and now expect you to BRING IT BACK to get a credit? Hmm... are they going to pay for my gas, too? I think not!
