After a brief hiatus, Eddie Chan has returned with a brand new Asian Bistro that, believe it or not, has gone "Further East" (actually north - the corner of Thompson Peak and Hayden) and is even better than all of his ever so popular Chinese restaurants in the 80's and 90's! Went there the other day. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the sushi was excellent. Best Spicy Tuna I've had in Scottsdale. It's kind of out of the way but I'll drive for the spicy tuna.
