DOS Panchas Mexican Restaurant

I have been going to this restaurant for about 8 yrs. There food is decent, reasonably priced, good portions, typical Tex-Mex. The problem my husband and I have is the waitress/cashier NORA. She gets your order more wrong than she gets it right. I don't know what her problem is, most encounters with her she is rude and obnoxious. We picked up a to-go order today and of course it was wrong. We called Dos Panchas with NORA answering the phone explaining to her the order was wrong.(AGAIN) She said we we're wrong and called my husband and I LIARS! 3 times she called us liars. This is too bad, they have now lost our business. It's a shame one person can bring a business down in this economy.
