I'm giving the food here a 3, but understand that I'd give most neighborhood-type Chinese places a 2 at best. The problem is, I like Schezuan and and Hunan food like the natives of those provinces (or at least the few here in the States) cook it, and most Chinese restaurants, at least here in the mid-Atlantic, are run by Cantonese, and mostly not trained cooks at that, according to my Chinese friends. Ding How's the closest place to me, and when I'm too lazy to go to one of the 2 or 3 better places on this side of Baltimore (out of dozens), I call here. Sometimes it helps to specify what veggies you want in a dish (they tend to put broccoli in everything), but don't bother asking for spicy - they don't understand, or don't believe the bai ren mean it, and I've asked and they don't have a Chinese-type chili (incendiary) in the place. Ask them to give you some hot oil (or a few of them) and/or keep your asian hot sauce handy.

We order delivery. Its good food, delivered very quickly. We recommend them.
I have been a customer with Szechuan house for almost 15 years but not anymore. I recently had some food delivered to my house and was confronted with one of the rudest delivery men that I have ever met. Change your delivery man or you will lose a lo

This is a great place to take the family to. It's a BYOB restaurant and they don't charge a corkage fee. It's nice to bring the type of wine you like and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it at the restaurant. We go there in larger groups with our

We have been dining at Ding How's for a few years and love it. The food is always great and the staff is wonderful! We would highly recommend it as a terrific Chinese restaurant.
I ordered food from these people and they delivered only half the food and when I questioned them they told me I didn't order it and I told them I had a receipt and when I looked at the receipt it was in Chinese so I didn't have a leg to stand on.

Food is good. Value is outstanding. Decor is well appointed. Classical music when I've been there. Friendly service.
