I had a gift certificate for this restaurant and thought it would be nice to treat my husband and sister to a good meal. Well, I was wrong. I ordered a taboulli salad, only to have the server return several minutes later with something else and when I pointed this out she returned to the kitchen. She returned again to tell me my original item was no longer on the menu. I was made to feel like an idiot because I had ordered it, only to point out to them their error...I got a menu that did not have the item hastily blackened out with a Sharpie. My sister made a simple request...no gravy, no veggies with her meal. Well, out came the plate and yep, gravy and veggies. Most restaurants serve chicken noodle soup...a basic. Not here. And, for a restaurant that calls its menu "American and Mediteranean" to run out of rice pudding and offer instead a store bought pie is unacceptable. Their on-line menus have not been updated as well...I call that false advertising.
