I had gotten the wrong bag in the drive through. After standing in the lobby for 15 minutes I asked the manager
for a refund, she kept offering me other food items when I was constantly asking for a refund. I found this inappropriate and rude.
I kindly asked her for the last time for a refund and she turned around mumbling something under her breath. I will never come to this restaurant again. Very rude managers and even worse service.

This Mcdonalds is one of the best fast food places I have visited. My children love playing in the playland. They have some of the friendliest group of people working there. I have been to the one before they remodeled it and what a difference, in the atmosphere and the employees!

Derry Diner has the best waitstaff around. Anne is wonderful, and Nancy is Terrific. The food is good, but the owner needs to stop standing around and watching people while they eat. He is very unprofessional.

managers are slow, teenagers run the place. food is sloppy. head manager is the most impatient rudest person ever. I dont know how that store is still in business, it seems like everyone complains about their food. LEARN HOW TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY!

Managers are never on the floor...there are a whole bunch of kids running the building. Food is always cold drive thru
Time is unvelieveable. I sit there for 20 minutes waiting for 2 apple pies and apple dippers! Needs better management
