Love the soul food at Davis. However, trying to order online is a problem. There is no on-line menu and no other information available except the name of the restaurant.

If you like good 'Southern Home Cooking', Davis Cafe does deliver! Anyone who was raised in the South can really appreciate the food preparation and authenticity of Southern cuisine. The food is truly prepared with 'Love' and it is evidenced by the number of people who religiously go there each day. Many State of Alabama employees pack the restaurant each day and you will also see a well diverse group of patrons - from a mechanic to federal judges. The employees of the restaurant are hospitable and seem to enjoy working at Davis Cafe. My mother was raised near Montgomery and she can REALLY cook. Davis Cafe comes a close second to my mother's cooking! Here's a tip - get there early or you will find that a favorite dish may be SOLD OUT!
