About Crudo
Crudo was born from our belief that food should be fresh, tasty, and prepared with local ingredients. We make everything on-site when possible, with love, care and respect for the food. When that's not possible, we seek out the best local purveyors to bring you products we believe in. Every ingredient is hand-chosen, every item handmade - down to the dressings in our local farm salad bar, the mozzarella and sauces on our flat bread pizzas, and the simple condiments on our house-roasted turkey sandwich. At Crudo we provide you with great reasonably-priced food and, we think you'll agree, it's the way we should all be eating!
Located inside the Steven Paul Salon in Scottsdale, Crudo serves from-scratch breakfast and lunch at extraordinarily reasonable prices. Come evening, this casual and friendly urban neighborhood hangout transforms into romantic Mediterranean chic. I work 2 miles from Lorenzo's and we love it! We eat at Lorenzo's 2-3 times a week. The pizza is terrific, there's a wide variety to choose from and a super lunch deal of 2 slices and a soda for $4.95. EXCELLENT NY style
