This restaurant served us the absolute WORST dining experience I've ever had! There was a 2 hour wait before we were served.
The food was beyond unacceptable when it finally arrived. My friends and I were truly disappointed as this was our first time dining at the establishment. Some entree's were undercooked, others overcooked. Chicken tenders were ANYTHING but. One of my friends even found a long hair in her salad. Disgusting! We complained and asked to speak with management. Managers were EXTREMELY delayed coming out. They expressed a lack of professionalism and no apologies were offered. They also collected our credit cards before we ordered to start a "tab". At a restaurant?? A bar is understandable, but not at a restaurant. While we complained, they continued to hold our cards. One of my girlfriends needed to leave by 11. She had to wait until midnight to get her card back. This restaurant is a JOKE and needs to have their doors shut!

I would have to say that I was very displeased with my experience at Courtside. I attended a going away dinner for my friend and it was quite the disaster. After about 2 hours, overdone wings, burnt burgers and frozen in the middle mozzarella sticks, it was about time to request a manager. When the general manager appeared, she was showing little to no remorse whatsoever, and she was very smart-mouthed. Never once apologizing, she was very much on the defense and only offered to reimburse us if none of the food was touched. Can you guys believe this?!?! In conclusion, we asked who was over her head and she said, "I am the general manager, what ever I say...goes!" That was all I need to hear to make the decision that I will never EVER visit that "ghetto mess" of a sports bar again. Nor will I never recommend anyone. I would have to say the only thing that I enjoyed was the company of my friend, the guest of honor, whom I will truly miss when she moves. Sad to say, Courtside didn't make those last times memorable!

Staff was slow, food was ok, not worth the price. They should come down $1 - $2 on everything on their menu. Bar is not stocked well, I have gone to places way smaller, less decorated and had a much better dining/drinking experience.
