I was very disappointed in China Buffet. I had been visiting their establishment on several occassions. The quality and temperature of the food has deteriorated. The food use to be hot when we would eat. The first time the food was not at room temp., I believed was just a fluke. The next couple of times, the food was below room temperature. Doesn't things grow when temps aren't maintained? The last time that I went to eat there was at 3pm and the food was not hot, not even warm!!!!

This is a beautiful restaurant with friendly and prompt service, but the best thing is the variety and excellence of the food on the buffet, both Chinese and American. The pineapple chicken can't be beat, but there is so much from which to choose, it's impossible to pick a favorite.

worst service i have ever had at any retaraunt. we were a group of eight people. it took approx. 30 minuteds before anyone took our drink orders. they took approx. 15 minutes before all eight of us had our drinks to toas

One of the best places for Chinese take-out in Pittsburgh's South Side. A little rough around the edges but great food at a good price. There are several small tables to eat-in, but we prefer to get it to-go.
