Burlington Restaurant Guide

I usually take my grandson here at least once a week and we always have a great dining experience. The food is great service is always fast and friendly.
Everyone makes you fel like it is really a pleasure to wait on you! Someone is always ready to help us in any way, such as drink refills. the grandsons especially enjoy when the cowz shows up.

Live in Burlington, and this is by far the best Chick fil a I have ever been to. They have always been very neat and have the best service. The nicest staff and love the music most of all!

I visited your resturant on 6/4/09 and have intended to write before now because I wanted to let management know what an outstanding group of young people you have working for you. My chior from Temple Baptist, Mt. Airy NC visited your resturaunt @ 9:50 PM starving having been in a revival in Burlington. Not only was your store amazingly clean but your staff that night (especially 10 minutes before close) was outstanding! My daughter works for Chikfila in W-S so I am familiar with how tired they are and ready to close, clean and go home that late at night! I hope you still have records of who worked that night because as a patron, a Mom of a Chikfila employee and Christian I want to say thank you to those young people and management needs to recognize each one of them whether they served us or cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, they deserve thanks. We fail as adults so many times to tell our young people "good job" when they get it right! You've trained a great staff (at least what we saw) and it's young people like that that make our world a little more special! Thank you!

NOT SURE WHEN THE PERSON FROM ELON WENT THERE BUT I PERSONALLY HAVE BEEN THERE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE NEVER EATEN AT ANOTHER FAST FOOD CHAIN THAT I GOT NEARLY AS GOOD SERVICE AS WE DO THERE .

I love this Chick-fil-a! They have great food. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything is neat and clean. It's a great place to take your kid on there birthday. Every Tuesday they have family kid night that my kids love.

This establishment has good food, but the staff is rude and does not provide any interest in their customers. they just do their job and that's it. the food is okay, but service is poor.
