a diner from Waldorf, MD
On December 3, approx. 6:20 pm, it was about 36 degrees outside. I was rusing to a 6:30 pm class on AAFB. I decided to stop at checkers for a small bag of fries - nothing else. I walked to the "order" window, stood for about 8 minutes, watched someone's two-year-old daughter wander the restaurant floor with cookies in her tiny hands, took notice that I was known to be present by an employee, yet, was never acknowledged during this time. I walked back to my car and drove through the drive-thru expecting quicker service. I stood in line as "Shay" greeted what seemed to be her friends in the car in front of me. Conversation took place and "Shay" rested her abdomen on the window pane as to engage further in what was spoken. She smiled and continued to chat for about five minutes. I was upset. I wanted to leave, but a car had approached behind me. Finally, the car drove off and I entered the port. I asked "Shay" for her name at this time; surpisingly, she was not wearing the same huge smile as she had for the car before me. It was a sad reminder that I stopped in the "ghetto" to get my fries, and it should not have to feel that way. I was disturbed by the service, or lack thereof and the toddler on the premises. Please follow-up on this complaint and help your employees help the corporation and vice-versa. Thank you.

Overly-long waits. Found a piece of "caulk" in biscuit.

The food was delicious. I had the time of my life and my server Delontae was very mannerable. He even sang Happy Birthday to me. I highly reccomend this restaurant to everybody.
