The hostess and wife of the restaurant's owner and chef is simply delightful and engaging. The service was outstanding without staff hovering at your table. Simply stated, this chef knows how to prepare and present great meals---and the desserts were exquisite. The restaurant is a gem! We'll return again and again whenever we're staying, in our travels, in the NY(Goshen) area.
