We never miss the opportunity to go to Carsons whenever we are in Chicago, and we always take anyone who is with us. Great food, the best BBQ you'll taste. Great restaurant and the service is superb.

When I'm in Chicago, I never miss a visit to Carson's. The ribs are great. Fall off the bone, finger licking good. All the accompaniments are delious. With the home made bread. Have sent may others there who were visiting Chicago and all have enjoyed it. Best ribs around.

The barbeque ribs tasted like cafeteria style. It had no bite or smoke to it whatsoever. The sauce tasted like 99 cent Kraft bbq sauce. If you want bland boring bbq food, then this is the place for you. My seven year old daughter said the sauce was too weak. If you want good reall bbq there is a Jazz bbq resturant a few block north of this that used to be a Famous Daves Resturant that was really good. I am not sure what the name is now, but it is only a few block north of Carson. Better yet, if you want great bbq, go to Kansas City.

I travel to Chicago 2-3 times per year for shopping, plays, museums, and Carson's for ribs. The food and service are worth the trip alone. We have never had a bad meal and the service has always been as good as we have ever found. The ribs fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.
