We are new to the area and had a neighbor recommend Carmine's to us. They have great sandwiches and cheesesteaks and everyone there seems to enjoy being there and is very helpful. The only negative I can say is their pizza could be better. We also go to Sal's for pizza. Other than that, it's great, clean and friendly! And they delivery!

The hoagies and cheesesteaks are fabulous, along with the other sandwiches, chicken wings, etc. As far as the hoagies and cheesestaeks go, I was born and raised in SW Philly many years ago and I know good Philly food. It's tough to find out here in the Burbs. I only wish Carmine's had better pizza. We usually go to Sal's for that. I hope Carmine's considers making a few changes to their pizza. It would save me a trip. Otherwise, Carmine's is excellent.

We are frequent diners at Carmine's and LOVE it every time. The owners, Joe and Maria, make you feel welcome and like part of the family. It's very, very kid friendly and a fun place to dine. You can walk in and run into many locals that are also there for their weekly "fix". The food is great (my boys especially love the cheesy bread sticks!) and priced well. Carmine's has become a staple in our lives and my family will continue to dine there!
My sister eats there often with her family!! We go on occassion and I am a vegetarian - they are also accomodating and friendly. The food is deliecious and we recommend the tuna hogi - definitely enough for 2!!!

Carole, we don't know why you had a bad experience at Carmine's, but as you can see, all of our other customers don't agree.
