At Carappoli's Family Restaurant we are dedicated to making your dining experience satisfying and pleasurable. Four Star Chef, JOSEPH MARINO, was raised in the Capital District and has cultivated his culinary talents for twenty five years. After temporarily relocating to Long Island, he distinguished himself as the Executive Chef at the prestigious Garden City Hotel, cooking for such dignitaries as President George Bush, Bob Hope, Telly Savalas, and Angel Cordero. Joseph's creations were featured in International Food Shows receiving various Blue Ribbon Awards. Chef Marino was also a guest Chef for such productions as "Dining Out on Long Island" and Bloomingdale's Celebrity Chef. He has also been featured locally in both the Times Union and on Channel 10. Joseph has now brought his unique style and exceptional saute dishes to Delmar. We feature daily specials, pastries, cakes and pies freshly baked on premises daily; exceptional pasta dishes and dinners that are sure to please.
