Located right across from Bowman Field, Captain Pepper Jack's Aero Bistro is a casual establishment filled with plenty of fun and great food. The restaurant's theme is based around aviation and small passenger airplanes, which plays perfectly to its location near a private airfield. Enjoy puddle jumpers (appetizers) like coconut prawns and quesadillas, round trips (second courses) like spring lamb chops and Thailand scallop-shrimp, stopovers (sandwiches) like burgers, and pitas, salads and happy landings (desserts) like baklava and PJ's Chunky Monkey.
