I have eaten here several times with family members over the past 3 years and the food and service has always been very good. The staff has always been friendly and polite. Never had a bad experience.

I have made C&H my number one place to eat for lunch. I can get a home cooked meal for the same price I would pay for a fast food meal. I usually pay around $5.00 a meal, less if I want the chicken tender salad or a veggie plate (less than $4.00). I have also cut the cost of catering for my company by at least 75%. The food is delicious and always fresh. Great place to eat, great prices, and great management.

I am so glad that they are now open for dinner. the food was excellent with generous portions,service was terrific and the prices were reasonable. they are located just over the Durham/Cary border on Ste Rte. 55.

Benetis has the feel of a local hangout without the feeling of being an outsider. The owners and staff are super friendly and they keep everything in tip top shape. The food is plentiful for the price and always cooked to order with special requests

I get the food to go and the food is always delicious and we get a healthy portion size.

As I was coming through the foods line one waitress was talking to another, complaining about a customer and kept using the Lord's name in vain. I was shocked. The overall customer service in this place stinks. I don't like paying my money for substandard service.

I ordered fried chicken and had to return it because it was not cooked thoroughly (bloody inside). When I tried to get the attention of the waiter (Kevin) by saying "Excuse me" he yelled at me across the restaurant, "I am busy!" I got up and returned the chicken myself and this waiter started talking about me to his customers, in front of my children, as if I was the one in the wrong! I got his name from the cashier and wrote a letter of complaint. I'll stick to K & W. I would rather drive to Chapel Hill or Burlington than to be treated like this!

Please don't waste your time going to C&H in Durham, North Carolina. The customer service is horrible, there are too many managers and they aren't all on one accord, and the food portions are smaller if you are used to eating at K&W. I tried this restaurant several times and was disappointed everytime. I won't be going back.
