Pulcinella's is a good Italian Restaurant. The food is always consistent and delicious. My favorites are their Lasagna and Eggplant Parm. The servers are friendly and attentive, and restaurant ambiance is pleasant and very clean. I would recommend it as someone did to us when we moved to Durham 14 years ago.

Pulcinellas is a rather cozy space, with lots of good food tucked inside. It's a great local Italian restaurant with fresh, homemade everything. Their salads are delicious, and their Italian salad dressing is to die for - forget dipping their wonderful bread in the olive oil - my husband and I use the salad dressing! We've never eaten anything here we didn't like. The wait staff is helpful and watchful for what you need without being in your face, and the owner is usually on site, walking around to see how things are. We love this restaurant, and drive over from northern Durham County to get there (about as far as the other reviewers come from Chapel Hill). But I hope not too many people read these reviews since I'd hate to see it overrun with customers!

Great food, authentic and high quality. I hesitate to rave for fear even more people will discover this gem! A long time favorite for our family.

My wife and I tried Pulcinellas for the first time last week and were very pleased with our dining experience, friendliness of the waitresses and the cost. The salad was the best we have gotten out in a long time, fresh, crisp and green.
We have recently moved from Durham to Chapel Hill, but we enjoy Pulcinellas so much that we drive across two towns to go there. The food is fresh and delicious, and appropriately priced. They're understanding about kids, and have always helped us feel welcome even when our autistic child was a bit fussy. In fact, they helped us calm him down with an instant serving of their warm homemade bread, and cheered up our whole family that evening.

Good food & value, especially compared to SouthPoint's restaurants where the wait can be too long. It's better to drive the 5 minutes up 751 & goto Pulcinella's. There's often very little waiting to be seated. It's a local's favorite for Italian.
