Horrible! It's supposed to be fast food but I waited 22 minutes for my food. When I complained after 20 minutes of waiting and asked for a refund (figured it would be faster to go somewhere else at this point) I was told they don't give refunds but they could give me "burger bucks" Yeah right, like I'd want to come back and NOT get served again. Had to wait longer. When I finally got it the food was burnt or soggy, missed an item in the order, and ridiculously slow. I've heard similar complaints from other people in town so this isn't an isolated case. There's a Tim Horton's across the parking lot. Consider going there instead. Save yourself the aggravation.
