I went to Bricktown during Nov 2008 on a Friday night. The place was hardly active. I guess there was a good reason. The brewery didn't have any of their own beer available. The service was slow. The food was poor. I had chicken and it was over cooked and very dry. My wife had a salad and it was poor. She also ordered wine and they wrong wine was served. The servers were nice but they certainly lacked training and supervision. I sure hope the management turns this around quick but I have a feeling it might be too late.

The food was decent, but rather pricy, and we waited 45 minutes for grilled salmon and a sandwich - at a time when the restaurant was barely 1/3 full! Disappointing and they won't get our business again.
