This has one of the most bafflingly rude servers I have ever experienced who should be avoided at all cost.
Three friends and I ordered drinks from the bar and then decided we wanted to grab a snack, so we sat down for table service. We flagged the waiter and ordered fries, at which point, he says, sarcastically, "Wanna order that from the bar?" before ripping the menus out of our hands.
Um okay. So then we ordered fries from the bar. But shortly after, he came back with a plate of fries. Huh? Why did he tell us to order at the bar if he was going to serve us anyway? But then, the bartender we had ordered from brings over another plate of fries the one that we had ordered from the bar!
We were thoroughly confused. He rudely told us to order fries from the bar, so we did, but then he took our order anyway, so now we had an extra plate of fries, and he expected us to pay for both!
Okay, I know it's standard for places to require a $10 minimum for table service and the fries were only $5, but how about simply letting us know that Boxer's was such a place instead of being rude about it? And how about letting us know that youre actually putting in our order? It wouldve taken one simple little sentence. Even if he had just told us the info in a rude tone, it would have been no big deal.
But that kind of attitude is unacceptable. And I'm saying this from the point of view of someone who has worked in food service for several years at extremely busy places. I'm usually very sympathetic to people in food service. I understand how hard it can be and how annoying it is to have to repeat the same thing twenty thousand times, but you know what? You still say it!
I was in town for the dog show so of course we came to this restaurant! I loved the whole concept of the place! And seeing the pictures on the walls and actually knowing the dogs was pretty cool too. I love the tee shirts and boxers and stuffed boxer dogs! It was really cool!

BARBECUE, this is the one word to describe the smoky, tangy, saucy utterances that issue from MoBay Uptown's kitchen. I had gone many times before, for the whole snapper rundown, the crab cakes and the fabulous vegetarian offerings, but once I taste
