Best hamburger in town! They really need a business partner who knows how to run day to day activities. When we went, the credit card machine was not working and they had no ketchup and did not have their regular bread. They change their hours of operation every week. No business plan going here!
Elizabeth's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeri is the greatest pizza place in k'vegas! the food and prices are the greatest, the atmosphere, english, and beer selection could use some improving, but the food quality makes up for everything lacking. give

My husband and I frequent Amalfi's and love everything about it. One of my favorite dishes is the Eggplant parmasian. Their house red wine is delicious with any meal....ENJOY!!
My wife and I waited 40 minutes to get our appetizer. When we came in there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We watched 4 other customers walk in and get served before we even got our appetizer. 10 minutes after our appetizer came out, th

I work at Basil's. The food is great. The food is fresh. We could work on the feeling you get when you enter. (You do see the coke cooler). The wait staff is very friendly. You do get alot of food for your money. There are problems that needs to be worked on. True, he lets his children back in the kitchen when there are customers there. That is not good. He needs to hire someone to run the business part and he needs to stay in the kitchen to cook. He will cook anything for children. What ever they want. I don't think Kernersville is used to having a NICE resturant to eat at.....

Expensive for the small amount of food you get. Tomato sauce was so bad, I could barely eat half my meal. Would not go back again.

We had purchased the dining deal coupon so we had$ $50 in a gift certificate. For the two of us, the meal came to $43. That was for a salad, spaghetti and soft drink each. The food left a lot to be desired. There were only 8 tables in there and you could see the kitchen. It was not very romantic, and it was not very clean. My plate was dirty and my glass had lipstick on it. The food was bland, not at all Italian. I will stick with Amalfis for ambiance, food, value.

The food here is decent, actually probably decent+ for Kernersville. The staff, however, is the problem. They are so RUDE! Their treatment of adult patrons is only trumped by their treatment of children (mind you well-behaved ones). Unable to amend the menu despite the fact that it is PASTA? The restaurant has no ambiance, so you are immediately let down when you walk through the door. The soup was excellent, but that was about it. I tried to go back a second time, just to see if I was too harsh... but they were closed at 2PM and would have opened back at 5. There are other places to eat in Kernersville, but none that are as tasty as the IDEA of this place. I hope it sells to some new nice people who can cook.

Good food....you can hear the kitchen workers and the owners children too much. Concerned about way employees are treated. Could be a good place if run well.

The food is too greasy! I was also an employee tenporarily and they don't pay the employees and when the do they commit tax fraud by paying them under the table!!

We decided to do a carryout for Valentine's Day. We had about an hour wait after we called in and it was well worth the wait. While not the cheapest place to eat, it was some of the best food I have had. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a good meal. I am now considering myself a regular at this restaurant.

The food is amazing! You can't find Italian food like this anywhere else. The food is cooked fresh and it never sits for more than a minute before it is served to you. It is a little more exspensive but you definately get what you pay for. The wait staff there is always friendly. Even if you have to wait a few minutes for a table, it is all worth it. You won't regret going there.
