I am sorry to have to complain but we were very upset with the Arby's we ate at. When we got our food it seemed to be ok and I do not mind paying over 20.00 for fast food, but when you're eating and the server leaves from behind the counter because it is not busy and starts sweeping the floor (Only where we were sitting) and dust and whatever else is on the floor starts to come up to us where we are eating, I am not happy with that. I did not complain and let it go but then more customers came in and she took their order and then handled their food without even washing her hands. Now that is uncalled for. Then when I ate my egg roll, I discovered hair in it, which I can understand, sometimes they come that way but after seeing the girl sweep the floor, wait on a coustomer, and then handle his food without washing her hands, it made me so sick I had to leave. I did not finish my food and am still sick over this. I wonder how often this goes. I do know that I will always be going into a restaurant and will NEVER go through the drive thru. I must see and know what is going on. We love our Arby's and wish to continue going there. It is a shame that 20.00 is down the drain. I do hope this matter will be addressed. I am sorry for the complaint but it really upset me.

Well, let me tell you about this particular Arby's. At first from the outside it looks normal. The entrance is easy to find and the landscape is very well taken care of. Once I got to ordering, everyone had smiles on their faces. It felt very comforting but awkward at the same time. Most likely because I'm not used to that at a fast food place. The service was overwhelming. In less than two minutes from orderin and sitting down. The food was out and on my table. It was warm and fresh. The taste was a 10 out of 10! Thank you to Melissa and Steve for a great experience. This truely was the best Arby's ever!
