I've been to this north side restaurant maybe 10 times in the past 7 month and only once was I actually able to get a shake - all other times the machine was unavailable. I don't have this issue with the Burger King by Festival or the one in Holmen

I went for my birthday and it was great because we were able to go up to the buffet, which is extensive, and get what we wanted. It was a really great time with a lot of choices. It is a great place for families and kids. Prices are very resonable.
